I often get this error when starting the app. Once it happens, it continues. I then reboot the phone, and it works again . . for a while. I can't seem to correlate any particular events leading up to this behavior.

Any ideas to try? Otherwise, all works well when I can start it.

You may have installed an app blocking the hook. :(. I need to fix that and fallback to a simpler (old) method then

Running an app called Hourly Chime. It plays a sound file on the hour. I don't wear a watch, so this is my version of church bells! Anyway, it places an item in the notification queue to run the app every hour. the app stays in memory. If I kill the app, AnyKey works just fine.

Solution (temporary): I wrote a 2 line mort script to kill the app, then run AnyKey. Works great. The Hourly Chime app does not need to be in memory since it is executed each time by the notification queue.

Hope this helps debug this issue for you . . .

I have release v0.5.1 which should work, but it will fallback to an older method, that only catches the volume buttons on specific Camera Versions.
