This is a problem that occurs when the data from grooveshark(tm).com is a bit different than usual.

It seems to be a region specific problem. Another user had this already, but only if he used his dedicated server from Dallas, US.

Where are you from?

I’m in London, UK, and I’m using Virgin Media Broadband...
Actually, I have tried to connect using a VPN (also based in UK) and with this I get no error.
I’ll try to reboot the modem, trying to refresh the dynamic IP address, and let you know.
I hope that Grooveshark hasn’t blocked me because I have downloaded too much! Would that be possible according to you?

EDIT: I have just realized that also the Grooveshark™.com website is not working if I am connected without the VPN. The player returns an unspecified error whenever I try reproduce any file. If I use the VPN, it gets back working...

You get all results you need (I saw them in you attached file). So you arn't blocked ;). So it seems to be a local problem. I havn't found a nice solution for that, but till than you will really need to got over a proxy or vpn.

the strange thing is that I could really use Groveshark™ as well as your java downloader until this morning... I wonder what could have happened in the meantime. Maybe it’s just a temporary issue with Grooveshark™’s servers, which they will fix sooner or later.
