That problem is different, because Wifi Penetrate is intended for Windows Mobile devices only.

I can only reproduce the problem by not extracting the zip archive or running the exe without the dlls available. Please check if you extraced all files from the zip archive!

Had been on vacation :) so sorry for the late reply

Have extracted all the files 100% but it wont start. having the same problem in one more PC at office - this makes it 2 PCs now :((

The problem is really the .net framework 4.0. This error only happens when the framework is missing (Got it myself in the emulator until I installed it).
