yes , hello ! i am a complete novice as for as scilors open source is concerned . i actually ran across this product by accident , i had never before heard of it . i downloaded it , just for a trial , and saw no need to register. my first download was a file that i already had . i wanted to compare the quality of the download , to a known file . i was greatly impressed , the quality compared to a direct rip from a CD . in a span of 3 days i down loaded 63 files . one being a remastered album with 50 tracks . every thing was perfect , including album art . i was hooked , this is a fantastic product . but , ... now for the last 2 days , this program is dead . so i have registered , and posted my debug log , which seems to be the same as many others . great product , crossing my fingers for a fix . yes , thank you very much ! just a few minutes ago , i checked this forum for an update . and there it was [ v0.4.9n ] . every thing is back to normal . Debug Log [11/17/2011 6:24:09 PM] Start reconnecting... [11/17/2011 6:24:13 PM] Reconnected! [11/17/2011 6:25:07 PM] Searching... [11/17/2011 6:25:07 PM] Found 5 results after i saw that [ v0.4.9n ] was definitely the fix . i took 2 screen shots of my windows task manager [ images below ] . the first shot shows the newer version -n after a title search . 00% cpu usage for version-n . the second screen shot shows version-m after un-successfully trying to make the same search . 80% cpu usage for version-m . i also noticed that even after closing version-m , that it continued running in windows task manager . version-m had to be ended by going into task manager . but the newer version-n closed properly when you closed the program . v0.4.9n.PNG [ 10.81 KiB | Viewed 9567 times ] v0.4.9m.PNG [ 11 KiB | Viewed 9567 times ] |
